Use Speedhacks. Try the Preset options, and increase as needed. You'll probably need to be aggressive, since your CPU is pretty slow. Don't be surprised if the game does always run at full speed, though.
No GPU...? I guess I'll assume it's a weak integrated, so keeping the internal resolution low is ideal (i.e. Native).
Keep in mind; This game may have slow-downs on occasion with a weak GPU.

im on my gateway laptop, i have the emulation working fine now. its just the sound lags behind and during the cut scenes the sound goes way slow, ive played with the audio settings but nothing works.
