@gothvan: service log looks good, BTH is configured correctly and active. Your controller is correctly paired to your BTH dongle.

Some fake DS3 controllers require pressing the PS button after disconnecting from USB. Can you re-run the test and press the PS button immediately after disconnecting from USB. Zip up and post your ScpService.log

@Mkilbride: does your Logitech G13 appear in the Game Controllers applet? Does it appear as an HID-compliant game controller in Device Manager?

@Moonbane: can you do the following -

1. Shutdown your PC.
2. Disconnect your controller from USB.
3. Start up your PC.
4. When your Desktop has popped up, plug in your controller to USB.
5. Wait 30 seconds.
6. Disconnect your Controller from USB.
7. Zip up your ScpService.log and ScpDriver.log and post as an attachment.

Here it is! However I'd be surprise my ds3 would be a fake one. Seems legit and I bought it at a regular store!

Thanks!
Yeah, it does appear in the game controllers for Windows thing, but I unplugged it, and it didn't change anything. It runs fine in other games / emulators / Windows detects it as a X360 Wireless Controller.

What I would do is uninstall whatever is installed. Then connect my controller by USB and verify that it shows up in the Game Controllers panel in Windows as the useless PlayStation 3 type. Then run the installer for the current version of this thing, checking the "force install" checkbox because otherwise it might skip the driver. Click install. It should mention that it's installing the DS3 driver. Once it's done, you should see an Xbox 360 controller in the Game Controllers panel, and it should be working correctly If something is wrong, try disconnecting the controller, restarting the SCP DS3 service, and connecting the controller again.
Ok, I found this thread after using Motioninjoy (like the most of us it seems) and I have to say I found it easy to install.
I have the latest version +tools +update and the DS3 controller works flawlessly via USB, however I am having issues with BTH.
I see also that the BTH appears to be rather troublesome for quite a few.

I have read a significant amount of this thread, trying everything that I have seen suggested to no avail.

My BTH Dongle VID&PID as well as Controller VID&PID (as well as another string that I can't remember) I have seen in other replies and noted that they are also in the setup inf.

I am running Win7 x64 Enterprise SP1
ScpServer located C:\Windows\Program Files\ScpServer\

I followed the instructions for the log files and have zipped them and attached.

Thanks in advance for any help, once I have BTH running this Driver/Software is certainly going to be excellent.
@gothvan: your controller is not attempting to connect via Bluetooth. Do the LEDs flash when you disconnect from USB?

Last thing to try is a Pinhole Reset.

@Mkilbride: I downloaded Dead Souls from Steam, runs fine on my games machine using both DS3 and DS4.

@user_unknown: your controller is not a genuine Sony DualShock 3. Reports it's name as the following -

Code:
2013-12-30 17:09:16.174 -- Remote Name : 00:1E:3D:DE:70:25 - PLAYSTATION(R)3Conteroller-ghic
Nevermind, I've solved it
I don't know then. I followed your install guide to the letter. I use DSFix, not DSMfix, but DSfix is a requirement to play Dark Souls. Anything I should know?

May be related, but it's a confusing mess.

I put Xbox360 CE with advice from here: http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Dark_Souls:...x_by_M0tah

Seems to be working well.

The leds flash. I also tried with another ds3. Same results. I also tried the pinhead reset. However I still see " Controller (XBOX 360 for windows) in the game controller panel. But no buttons react if I press them.

Also, before I tried the Zadig tool, in the monitor I had no host connection indicated. Could I installed the bad thing with it?
