I downloaded this awhile back and it was working fine. Yesterday I restarted my computer and it stopped working. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still isn't working. Now when I run scp driver and click install the install summary is showing nothing being installed even though my computer recognizes the PS3 controller as a 360 controller but it won't work when I load up Dakr Souls 2. In SCP monitor it shows my controller charging but the host address says disconnected. Any help is appreciated.
I simply had to create an account just to say thank you! I've been messing around with Motioninjoy for hours, and by God, this works a million times better! Smooth, easy, no ads or horrible interface, simply brilliant! Now I can FINALLY enjoy my games!
Hi, great program and love the work, but have an issue here that ive been trying to fix for ages now but to no avail;
basically, my official DS3 works fine when connected via USB, but when cable is disconnected, it wont work. No button presses are recognized.
One red LED stays on however when the cable is disconnected, it doesn't flash, leading me to believe its connected to the PC.
Some info about my setup for troubleshooting.
Running win 8.1
have a standard 2.0 (I think) bluetooth dongle connected to PC
using official DS3 controller.
have tried installing the BT drivers via zadig but doesn't seem to fix anything
Here is what I see when I run SCPMonitor with everything installed:
Is everything OK there?
Any ideas what im doing wrong?
Thanks
Is it possible to change keys on the ps3-controller with this program? For an example if I play a game and the game recognize the ps3-controller as an Xbox-controller, can I change so that the L1(on ps3contr) button become the Left trigger button on Xboxcontr instead of the Left bumper button?

I use
Pinnacle Game Profiler for custom button configs, the software works great, definitely worth the $$

Not sure if your issue is resolved, I had problems running the service on my WIN7 machine also.

Can I get rid of the PS3 controller removable device somehow after having successfully installed this?
Yesterday I tried to install the drivers to the ds3-control. It worked, but somehting strange happend to my Logitech G35, couldnt use it anymore.
So I reinstalled windows, and now nothing happens when I try to install your program.
The program give the message install succeeded, but the only thing a find is this:
After installing with this program the blutooth dongle disapears, but after uninstall it still keeps acting like it was still installed. Also, the ds3 controller only blinks for a short while and then turns off. Tried to install Motioninjoy, even that program dosnt connect to ds3 controller. Never been a problem before...
How should I do in order to make this work?

It's said that you need a bt 2.1+ dongle which supports edr.
Hi, first of all, sorry about my english, it's not my native language, but I'll try to explain myself as good as I could.
I've just installed SCP Xinput Wrapper in my laptop with windows 8.1 64b. I have used the built-in bluetooth of my laptop, adding it to "BthWinUsb.inf" archive (the id of the bluetooth is "USB\VID_0930&PID_0219", so I added the line "%DeviceName% = USB_Install, USB\VID_0930&PID_0219" where I saw the other bluetooths id's where). After that, and using the option "force install" of the SCP Driver Installer (because without checking it the bluetooth driver didn't get installed), I finally get to succesfully install everything. I restarted the computer and in the devices window of the control panel, appeared the new device "Xbox 360 controller for windows", making my PS3 controller work perfectly, and when I unplugged it from the USB it also continued working as it has to, with bluetooth. Until here, everything ok.
But the problem came when I switched off the computer again. Now, it recognices the PS3 controller if it's plugged by USB, but I can't get it to work again by bluetooth. SCPmonitor shows:
"Host address : 20:16:D8:66:EF:95 Pad 1 : DS3 00:07:04:11:76:14 - Reserved",
so it must be paired, but it won't work, and I don't know why if it worked well before.
Anyone has an idea of what's wrong with it?
Thanks in advance.
