However, if Steam is running it will pop up it's "Big Picture" mode, immediately if it has focus, after 3 seconds if it doesn't have focus. Hence the "Quick Disconnect" feature. I'll look into adding Slow Flash for Charging.
The disconnect feature doesn't seem to work with my Sixaxis though USB.
@donijokay: added your hardware id, see
Post #301
@Ge-Force: Disconnect, Quick Disconnect and Idle Disconnect are for BTH only (to save Battery), USB is always on (since powered over USB).
@Scarlet.Crush, thanks for your working fast

I think I'm using everything from post #1
@VagueMemories: to use a DS3 you have to install the Filter Driver, run bin\System\ScpFilterDriver.exe and click Install.
I tried running it, but it says it cannot find it for some reason.
@VagueMemories: Plug in your DS3 to USB, extract the archive into a non special folder (eg C:\Temp or D:\Temp), then run bin\System\ScpFilterDriver.exe from the extracted location. [Folder must be writeable]
Sorry I'm pretty nooby at this stuff? Is the temp folder just the unpacked folder??
Hey there. I'm glad to see someone take up this cause. MIJ really is a badly written piece of software, and any replacement is welcome.
First off I have a new Hardware Id for you: USB\VID_0DB0&PID_3801 and USB\VID_0A5C&PID_4500 which is an external micro adapter.
It's an internal bluetooth connected via USB in my laptop.
I figured I would try my luck at adding it to the .inf file myself, and managed to get the driver to install. It shows up as a Bluetooth DS3 Device.
All the info of the device shows up in SCPMonitor with HCI and LMP version 4.5276, but NOT in SCPServer. The controller will not pair as well. I'll unplug the DS3 and it will switch to blinking lights as it searches for the paired device, but never finds it. Is there more to it than just adding the id to the .inf file?
In the screenshot of SCP server, I also cycled my internal Bluetooth by flicking the switch off and on, and I also unplugged and plugged the DS3. For some reason it's just not giving me the option to pair them.
EDIT: I'd also like to mention that I'm getting a consistent BSOD now whenever I shut down my laptop. STOP error 0x0000007E, usbhub.sys is listed. Also, after comapring my logs with someone else whos is working, it seems like the bluetooth chip never requests the connection after the device is removed
I'd like to point out that MIJ would report my adapter as supporting EDR, so it just seems strange why it won't connect.

so that can all be done over one dongle ?
