They are all first party ps3 controllers.
EDIT: I now notice that this is the case even if I use one controller through bluetooth. It registers a few inputs and then stops for a few seconds and starts again. Could it be my bluetooth adapter?

Instructions for zadig on first post... or linked from first post. There are instructions for bluetooth and a DS4. The bluetooth instructons are one post above the DS4 instructions, so check the DS4 link. You can follow the DS4 instructions for DS3 as long as you make sure you do everything for DS3 instead of 4.
Have you tried right clicking and doing run as administrator?

I honestly don't know why it would fail. Really the only thing I can think of is a privilege issue, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

2015-05-13 22:41:23.354 ++ Pair Failed [00:00:00:00:00:00]
Did you try manually pairing the controller in ScpServer or using ScpPair?
I shouldve removed that entry just because it might confuse people. Thats not the entry corresponding to the PS3 controller that works. There are 2 Pads and if you check the log again, the first one (which is my controller) works. ( [00:26:5C:AD:46:C3] corresponds to the working one, while [00:00:00:00:00:00] is the "empty" one).
hi guys i have bluetooth USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001\5&297258bb&0&6 , its a cheap $3 bluetooth.
now im using latest version of SCP, it work perfectly, but why if i use bluetooth pairing the vibration is not working? everything seems working fine except the vibration.
however when im use wire to connect the DS3, the vibration is work perfectly.
can somebody help?
also how to disable the controller auto off when not used in some minutes? i disabled idle time in configuration but not seems to work.

The times are difficult to decipher. Did you start the program with both plugged in? If so, please start it with them not plugged in. Then plug in the working one, disconnect and let it connect over BTH. Then do the same with the one that doesn't work a few seconds later. Then post that log.
EDIT: The logs will be of more use if you stop the service and run ScpServer. You may or may not need to manually click the pair button when using the server. I think it prevents auto pairing. You can restart the service again after.
It cant make it work.
When i connect my controller after installing the drivers, the four lights of the controllers start blinking and after a while they turn off, also the device and printers manager shows a xbox 360 controller always connected to my PC, even if the DS3 controller is not connected, and when i connect the controller its being recognized as a ps3 controller.
I post some images of whats happening and my logs.
