Sorry about that. Couldn't get back immediately. I tried the new one you provided and it did the exact same thing. I've been messing with the source myself and nothing seems to want it to proceed into the ServiceByPass. Did a fresh install of the drivers and ScpServer.

My fake controller is working via usb but not with bluetooth!

Like what CRACING had said, try the file provided and see if it works. I would also try RayfenWindspear's Scpcontrol.dll just in case. (not that it changes much, just adds NameList[bd].Contains("-PANHAI") to the first authentication case in BthDongle.cs)

I'm fairly certain the more recent PANHAI models have a very difficult time communicating with bluetooth 2.0. My phone runs bluetooth 2.1 which apparently only changes with SSP features. Don't quote me on this though. Scavenging through this thread has led me to believe the dongles are the picky ones.

What bluetooth device are you using Louk? If it's 2.1 or higher, that would certainly debunk my suspicions.
I wish I was both competent and knowledgeable enough to help everyone here lol

- Won't reconnect over bluetooth (but USB is fine).
- Any subsequent attempt to disable/restart the BTH DS3 device will result in a "device could not start (error 10)".
- Restarting Windows fixes the issue.

Have you tried doing a complete fresh install? (uninstall SCPServer, uninstall default controller and bluetooth drivers, restart and follow install instructions again)

The controller freezing up sounds like a driver issue. The bluetooth issue just sounds like a general Windows bluetooth issue that plagues a lot of Windows users. I would check Windows Update just before reinstalling SCPServer to see if there's a hotfix for your bluetooth adapter.

Also, let us know if you have to force install for some reason.
Thank you very much guys!
The controller is connecting with my phone but not with my PC.If you need help for the -PANHAI let me know Smile

I have overlooked the log files of my controller and PANHAI controllers.

My controller remote name is:
Remote Name : 00:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX - PLAYSTATION®3 Controller

Whereas PANHAI controller remote name is:

Remote Name : 00:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX - PLAYSTATION®3Conteroller-PANHAI

As per BthDongle.cs (In ScpControl.dll), it requests following:

Name.StartsWith("PLAYSTATION®3")
NameList[bd].Contains("-PANHAI")
bd.StartsWith("00:F8:94")

The Panhai controller name has no space after to "PLAYSTATION®3", so it rejects the connection thinking its "PLAYSTATION®3Conteroller-PANHAI" and not "PLAYSTATION®3"

My controller has space after "PLAYSTATION®3" so its accepted to connect. Of course my controller remote name doesn't end with -PANHAI but may be its ignored.

This is what I guess is the problem for Panhai controllers. What do you say?
Same here -PANHAI not working.
I hope with bluetooth 4 to work.
My bluetooth is USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001 i believe is v2

The bluetooth dongle I have has same hardware id but works fine with my controller. Yes it is v2.
Not really sure why, but I can't even get ScpDriver.exe to open. Nothing pops up, although it appears in the task manager for a few seconds. I've got .NET 4.0, Visual C 2013 Runtime (x86 and x64), DirectX Runtime, and the Xbox 360 drivers installed. I've unplugged all other controllers. (although I do have a gamecube controller adapter, but like I said - it's unplugged.)

Windows 7, 64-Bit. I tried disabling anti-virus, didn't help. Restarted too. Done everything I can think of except from reinstalling the above. Added the files under a folder in the "C:\Program Files\SCPXinput" directory. Additionally, there is no 'Unblock' button in the properties of the ScpDriver.exe file - and I'm an administrator.

EDIT: The "SCP-DS3-Driver-Package-1.1.0.136.7z" from the main post's attachments does work though. That's odd.
I am able to successfully install SCPServer and set my bluetooth dongle as the controller master, but when I disconnect the controller cable to try to pair it through bluetooth, i receive the error "HCI_Reject_Connection_Request" in the SCP server.
I am using a generic controller, and appearently even the name of the USB device is misspelled, but I can easily connect it to my android device with the SixAxis controller app.
Does anyone have any idea why?
The image of the connection attempt can be seen below.[Image: Scp_Server.jpg]

That line is fine. The code accepts it. If Name.StartsWith("PLAYSTATION®3") is removed it stops the connection early as "HCI_Reject_Connection_Request". Funny thing, it does affect my desktop bluetooth dongle (when I was playing with it a few days ago.) The connection still times out though.

Two things you can try: Re-download both archives just like in the instructions. Move the archives over to C:/Temp/ and right click>properties each and make sure they're unblocked. Extract each. This time though, make another folder at the root of C:/ (For example, C:/ScpServer/) and make sure to copy the 1.2.0 files over and run ScpDriver.exe as administrator before overwriting with 1.2.2. Hopefully it's just a weird UAC issue.

Unfortunately, you're in the same boat as us unofficial Sony controllers mate! Smile

I changed the .dll to accept -VINS controllers. You can download the replacement ScpControll.dll below. When replacing the old ScpControl.dll: open CMD as administrator, type "net stop ds3service" and press enter to stop the DS3Service. Then you can replace ScpControl.dll in the folder. You can either type "net start ds3service" after or restart your computer for the .dll to come into effect. After that, you should be able to just connect the controller, press the Playstation button, disconnect and go. Hopefully you're up and running after that!

What happens if we add whole remote name to "Name.StartsWith"? i.e (Name.StartsWith("PLAYSTATION®3Conteroller-PANHAI")

Did you tried it? If not, I have made such modified dll for you. Have it a go.
