hi
recently I bought new ps3 controller,
model number is written on the back of the controller cechzc2eb1
it feels like genuine I can't tell the difference in hand grabbing, but the new version of scp driver shows it as fake
also cannot use it wireless with bluetooth doungle "works fine on ps3"
any one with same model number had it running without problems? or should I through it back to the store?

I disabled the controller from the PC, and he still forgot to address.
That looks strange. May be scp tool cannot read the mac address stored in controller? but only the pc3 console can?
I think only scp developer can figure this out.

Can you show me the log from ScpServer? Let me see what it has.
My ps3 controller model number is cechzc2e
a1 and works fine via USB. As of bluetooth, I had to modified scp control dll and it started to work.

You can find ScpService.log in scp program folder but first you have to test the controller as follows:
Run ScpMonitor.exe
Plugin bluetooth dongle and you'll see its mac address in ScpMonitor, known as Host Address (Left Side)
Then connect your ps3 controller to usb and press ps3 button on the controller. You'll see its mac address in ScpMonitor, known as Pad 1 (Right Side)
Now disconnect the controller and wait until the blinking leds go off because it fails to connect to bluetooth.
Finally attach the ScpService.log here.
Thanks...

File is locked in mega.nz and needs pass to download. Instead attach the log here.
btw; I'm not aware of any debug tool. scpmonitor is just to view the connection status of bluetooth and controller. The log is created by scp service and is present in scp program folder known as ScpService.log

Try this
I downloaded the scp version from
http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-ScpToolki...1453021312
It has its own debug tool to create log
The version from this thread didn't work for me anymore, i will try to make it work again

Oh ok
Did you tried to enter controller mac id into scpcontrol.ini in that tool?
It is a reloaded version of scp which allows to enter mac id through scpcontrol.ini. Whereas in this tool, scpcontrol.dll has to be modified using its source. Anyway, I don't use reloaded scp because this one works fine for me.
I wanted to see whether your controller remote id shows 00:00:00:00 or something else. It is found in log created by scp program.
btw; I'm not able to download from mega.nz. Please upload somewhere else or attach here.
