Have you tried other audio plugins? What is the result?

On SPU2ghz the sound effects loops. Like when you click on a option there's a sound effect, when you make a character skill, you'll hear this sound effect forever mixing with other sounds. And also, same error messages on status window.

And with P.E.Op.S SPU2 1.9.0 happens the same as SPU2, including same error messages.

Tested with svn563, no change
