The "Add Force Feedback" static field is disable, meaning that your controller does not have vibration function. If you're using a genuine DualShock 2, plugged into your PC via a USB adapter, you need to installed the driver that comes with it. I'm using one now, and I did not install the driver until I realize that. For other PC games such as Devil May Cry 4, I still cannot make the vibration to work.

Devil may cry 4 requires X360ce for rumble, its an xinput title.
