I installed this emulator for the first time and trying to run it to play onimusha dawn of dreams (ntsc). My os is win 7 64 bit, processor: amd phenom ii x4, gpu: 6950 2gb, ram: 4gb. Every time I try to run it, the emulator does run but the game does not load, just a black screen. If I try to open the gs config it says "gs plugin failed to initialize, your computer may have insufficient resources, or incompatible hardware/drivers". Please help!!!

Try updating your directx first by running this:

updated directx, visual c++, everything but still no luck. Is pcsx2 compatible with win 7 64 bit?

Are you trying to use GSdx SSSE3 or SSE4?
I may be wrong but from those 3 version of GSdx that you have,your CPU can use only the SSE2 version
