It should run quite well on your Laptop. Make sure you've activated the "native resolution" option in the gsdx plugin to gain some fps.
IamJoe I have the Same Laptop As you, Pcsx2 Will work on your Laptop But You will not be able to Run Most games At full speed

Disgaea games
FFX
Kingdom Hearts
And thats probably about it =] most games will run between 35 fps and 60 Pm me if you would like to share configs
So exactly how slow would the other games play at?

I have a similar Laptop like yours. (Even less powerful than yours)
I can tell that some other games are also running at full speed mostly:
Okami
Resident Evil 4
FFXII (except the beginning and the intro fmvs).
Regarding your mentioned games look up at the emuforums. Maybe you can find some posts about those games. Almost every user there have his pc-specs in his signature.

Yes, you could got CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome) by playing with notebook keyboad. It's major risk ;-).
well i mean risk to the laptop itself. Im well aware of CTS lol.
