Please bear with my english.
You see two green wing balls on the left ? It was supposed to be in the middle so I can grab it and jump over to the right to the top of the cliff (which you see pic on the right) but I cannot do that because the green wing balls bug are on the left instead, lol.
Yes, I am using the latest GSdx 0.1.12 and everything to the latest update.

GSX 0.1.12 ( test three of them)
ZeroGS 0.97.1 (same bug as GSX)

EDIT 2: This bug also happen in official pcsx2 builds as well.
