How do I use cheats such as Action Replay? I only see "enable cheats" under system tab, don't see anything for it under "misc" tab... help appreciated

Heres the full guide:
1) Get the codes (Here I will be using Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3). Just Google them.
Infinite Health :
Code:29C4-T0RF-60Y7V
F05J-5AWB-6HT16
Q53B-31FZ-T2ZF0
ZR9D-UA3K-T4U98
GKJP-2W9X-27G6R
Q8TY-89EH-57ZK2
5QM7-AU6K-6U1GR
2) Convert it using Omni-Convert
Set the Input as Action Replay --> MAX
And the Output as Unencrypted --> Standard
And paste the code and convert it
The converted code should look like this
Code:200FFF08 8C410004
200FFF0C AC410000
200FFF4C 08082E36
200FFF50 8C420000
2020B8D4 0803FFC0
200FFF00 14160008
3)Now download, PCSX2 CE
Now Open PCSX2 CE (needs Java)
And paste the converted codes , enter the CRC of the Game (it can be found in PCSX2 Log) and the game name. and save it under Cheats/ Folder in PCSX2.
Code:patch=1,EE,200FFF08,extended,8C410004
patch=1,EE,200FFF0C,extended,AC410000
patch=1,EE,200FFF4C,extended,08082E36
patch=1,EE,200FFF50,extended,8C420000
patch=1,EE,2020B8D4,extended,0803FFC0
patch=1,EE,200FFF00,extended,14160008
4) Open PCSX2 and enable cheats and happy cheating.
Note: Gameshark Codes can be Directly Used
Hope you found it useful

You got both programs linked above, it's all pretty automatical, takes just a few copy+paste and if you really could fail at that, you can probably find the codes already(or request them) in here. Just make note, games were released in different versions, you always need to have codes for your version of the game or they'll simply not work;P.
