Hey I need help getting Tekken 4 to run. It did run the first time but all of a sudden, it just started freezing when selecting ANY mode in the menu screen.

The game runs fine in the beginning, shows the namco logo, the intro video, shows the menu, but as soon as I select a mode like practice, I'll hear the narrator voice and the game freezes there with some wierd ass glitchy sound in the background with a complete black screen.

So if anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it alot.

Also I have the Tekken NTSC Usa version using the USA BIOS as well if that helps.

EDIT: I recently attempted to use a pnach file but it didn't work. Maybe I didn't install it properly or something.

Pnach file is used for cheating/cheat codes.

• Did you get any error in emulog.txt / PCSX2 Log?
  
• PC is weak and may hang as Tekken 4 is extremely demanding. Check your CPU Temps and Process.
  
• Did you change any thing in settings?

I started using the 0.9.6 version and it actually plays [slow but it works]. But when I start changing, and it may be the cpu, options it just started crashing. This computer does not support SSSE3-and beyond so I'm f**** as far as that goes. [Once I join the mil I'm savin for a alienware lol]



EDIT: I used speedhacks but I also read that speedhacking can reduce the compatibility of emulation and/or cause visual errors. Could that be the problem [not that it actually speeds up the game for sh**].

Why is that ******* Files? Expecting the end here...

Yeah downloaded ISO, probably messed up. One of the reasons we never give support for pirated stuff...
