i just got pcsx2 installed, i've only tried ico but it works fine at pal settings (50fps) although i haven't tried 60 yet but i don't think it would make much difference. i only have minor distortion on the right/bottom edge of the screen though that can be fixed with some minor tweaking i'm sure.

if you want your FPS limit at 60 for PAL just edit your pcsx2_vm.ini
