my laptop specs r:-
intel core 2 duo 2.4ghz
3gb ram
ati mobility radeon hd 3450 256mb graphic card
plz can anybody tell me that y it is running slow just 15 fps in game.

Try it and give it a go,the laptop isnt -that- bad, but it may run slow if it does run at all, also make sure its in the compatability list.
