The game should work on default settings with PCSX2 0.9.8, what are you using?

i m using pcsx2 0.9.9

SVN builds are potentially unstable. Return to a previous revision since your issue(s) may be from recent changes.
Consider going back as far as the last stable build, which is 0.9.8 (r4600).
