Try the latest SVN from here with the same settings: http://pcsx2.net/svn.php

Have you tried software mode?

Can I ask what sidebar gadget is that that is displaying your CPU usage etc?

tried software mode ? (F9)
yep it worked. thanks guys for all the help. oh can i play both NTSC and PAL or just one of them??
oh and how can i improve my video quality?
PCSX2 is region free, you can use both pal/ntsc games with it, doesn't really matter what's your original console and soo bios you're using with it.

About increasing quality, in software mode, you cannot. You're basically limited to "original PS2 beauty"(which does have it's age). In hardware you can use some upscalling to smooth the graphics nicely(Config>video(GS)>plugin settings), but that pretty much doesn't apply to games broken in hardware which seems to be the case.
thanks and how do i make my gameplay faster cause when i am playing the game is slow
like i have like 12-13 fps during gameplay
