Hi,

I've just installed pcsx2, and installed it. I'm not exactly a wizard at this, so bear with me please.

I'm using 0.9.8, with default settings. My computer specs are as following:

Graphics: Radeon HD 4650 1gb ram on it
CPU: Pentium Dual-Core T4500 @ 2,3 GHz, 2300mhz
RAM: 4gb
OS: WIN7 x64

Trying to play SSX 3. It stars up, and runs ok, but i'm between 10 and 30(rare) fps, which is like playing in slow, slow motion. I've been trying to understand the concept of this emulator, and trying to do it on my own, but I'm not able to.

Tried to find out if I should use SSSE3, or SSE2, which directX i should use etc, but I'm quite sure I should ask for help instead of messing up the settings myself.

I would be forever grateful if any of you would care to help.

Regards,

reedhelvet
You will have to use some speedhacks to get better speeds.
but with that kind of CPU, don't expect miracles.
It's kinda low for pcsx2 in general...
How? Do I just turn both the speedhack bars up?
