i'm playing FFX recently on pcsx2 0.9.8.When I load the save state,i can't save on the memory card.any idea why is this happening

same happens with me when playing crash of the titans...i load a state..finishing the level and then when it saves the game it says no memory card inserted..but then I click retry and it saves fine...u have that retry option right???
