gdsx plugin: SS4 & AVX, I should choose which one is better?

I am vietnamese so English language slightly less your sympathy ^ ^
this is my first time participating pcsx2 forum hope you support ^ ^

Use SSE4.1 if you use a Hardware renderer or AVX if you use Software renderer
