i am trying to play Wild Arms Alter Code F and i have no lags or something.
My problem is something with the graphix. Maybe someone can help me.

Try disabling texture filtering in GSdx or if that doesn't help check 'native'

It's a known problem when using upscaling. Only native resolution gets it right.
2x scaling does fairly well, only disturbing the letters in one direction.
