Hi I will get a pc
which is
bulldozer fx4100 3.6ghz quadcore
HD 5450 Gpu
4gb ddr3 Ram
500gb HDD

Will i be able to play Dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 properly without no lag?
if not what changes should I make?
im quite on a strict budget though...
your new PC pretty weak to run Tenkaichi 3
AMD-FX is a knowned weak CPU
and HD5450 is almost a mid-range and gddr3 card thus that card is not quite enough to run that game as well.
better re-pick your new PC.

what is your budget anyway
my desktop rig cost around $750 chits.

you are going to need some speedhacks for the CPU. You will require some changes in pcsx2 configuration to run at fullspeed.

Here's what :-
  • Change the Round mode to Nearest and Clamp Mode to None in Both EE and VU's section.
  • Use Speedhacks : All the Reccomended ones and EE Cyclerate to 2 and VU Cycle Stealing to 1
  • Use Native Resolution or 2x probably Unsure
  • Use Frameskip : 1 to draw and 2 to skip. or maybe higher
  • Use Allow 8-bit Texture
  • Change Windows Power Plan to High Performance : Important

Well, My Pc runs dbz bt 3 at fullspeed without much changes. Smile

Seems like Radeon HD 4650 is better/faster than Radeon HD 5450, as per the specifications given in ATI Site. Tongue2

Not recommended. this game is already intense on the gpu without converting all the textures to 8bit.
THOSE thing that recoder say those that work for 0.9.6
recoder tanks these stuff work
