I have 2 remotes and i want to play dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 in 2 player mode. But 2nd remote is not working, i have pcsx 0.9.8?
Did you configure it in Pad 2 in lilypad?

I think this is because both of the remotes are the same model
make sure that windows is binding them separately. Sometimes I have seen windows act stupid with controllers. Also you might want to asign an "Analog" button on the keyboard for BOTH controllers (separate ones) and see if that helps any.
