I have a laptop with specs:

CPU Intel i7 2.20ghz ( quad core )
nvidia geforce 525MX 1gb
4gb ram

And i can't play dragon ball budokai tenkeachi 3
I lag very much... what i can do?

you could use latest svn http://www.pcsx2.net/svn.php and enable MTVU hack.

That said, don't expect too much since your CPu is a bit weak for pcsx2

If playing from the disc,
make an ISO of it with ImgBurn,
and play from that instead.

Set your Windows Power Plan to "High Performance".

Set the internal resolution for PCSX2 to "Native" in the GS plugin settings.

I'd be surprised if you really need Speedhacks for that game,
but consider starting with those [Recommended] if the game isn't fast enough at that point.
