While playing Gran Turismo 3 I experience extreme lag when computer drivers are in front of me. My computer isn't even stressing, it just lags like crazy. While lagging FPS < 30. My CPU and GPU stay well under 50%. Any suggestions as to increase game-play speed?

Specs:
3.3GHz quad-core intel core-i5.
8GB G.Skill 1333 RAM.
AMD Radeon 6850 1GB graphics card.
232GB SATA HDD.
Corsair TX650 (650 watts) PSU.

that game is a Megathrust demanding.
try VU-cycle stealing at LV-2 and also enable "native" in the gsdx setting.
lemme know if there is changes.

much better, each car I pass is about +5 fps. any other ideas?

even you have a good PC it's still required because you playing a Megathurst demanding game GT3.
