Hi, I've looked through all the posts and have gotten little progress with my problem. I've finally gotten past the "Trap 5" error or whatever, and now I'm getting:

"Preparing for execution
About to execute script
Task launched
[(Name)Tongue2csx2.app/Contents/MacOS] root# "

And the application opens but then immediately closes. I have X11 (Quartz), tried several pcsx2 downloads, tried the terminal, have the audio ports and the CG toolkits, I'm about to lose my mind. Any help would be appreciated. I'm running Macbook Pro 2013 Retina with OS X Yosemite.
First, I need some basic information.

PCSX2 version? OS? And the rest of the log in

Sadly, I cannot help you there.
You must be using the packaged Wine PCSX2 bundle.
My guide is for the version downloaded here: http://pcsx2.net/download/releases/mac.html which is 0.9.7 Alpha
Hi Kaze, I tried all steps you suggested but I got the following error message:

According to the first post of the thread you are currently responding segmentation fault indicates broken ISO. Try to remake your image.

Actually I don't have a PS2 machine... But the same ISO files work on my Windows 7 PC by running the latest win version of PCSX2.

May I know if anyone has successfully played PCSX2 0.9.7 in OS X 10.10.4?
