I have the original copy of xenosaga, and i'm trying to run it on pcsx2 0.9.9.
Here are the plugins i'm using
GSdx 4873 (MSVC 16.00, AVX) 0.1.16 [GSdx-AVX-r4873]
PAD: LilyPad svn (r4797)0.10.0 [LilyPad-r4797]
SPU2: SPU2-X r4872 2.0.0 [SPU2-X-r4872
CDVD: cdvdGigaherz (r4488) 0.8.0 [cdvdGigaherz-r-4488]

To state again, i have the dvd of xenosaga 1 and i am trying to run it on pcsx2 0.9.9 how do I run it?

What happens? Have you selected the DVD drive within the plugin?

if you had time to spend, why not making an ISO??

since you own the original DVD, it shouldn't be a problem

using an ISO with PCSX2 are much easier plus faster too

I was going to suggest an ISO. Xenosaga I is a strange DVD, in that it seems to misdetect as a DVD5 when its really a DVD9.

I seem to dimly recall having problems getting the game to boot off the DVD.

Yes it will probably not work off the dvd disc. Make an image of the disc with imgburn ( www.imgburn.com ) and run it with the linuz iso plugin
