when I execute the Ra.one from PC there was error 'failed loading memeory card from file :memorycards\Mcd001.ps2'

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

kindly attach your Mcd001.ps2

try creating a fresh new memcards by deleting them and formatting them from the ps2 bios.

Also, are you sure that Ra One is Playable? I never bought that game so i am not sure. The Movie was fine enough.

Also, try latest pcsx2 : pcsx2 svn

Try simply going to the Memory Card Manager,
and re-selecting your memory card's location.
