New user here. Whenever I play kingdom hearts, when I get to the point where there is a storm it freezes but the storm scene is happening, but the character is frozen. It also glitches out with the text at that point.

Please help

this is likely a bad dump of the game, clean the disk and try again

Try the latest SNV also use imgburn and create an ISO out of your original DVD.

I tried the newest build, but no visuals came up (no pictures) just sound.

and no I don't

If you don't , then you don't get support either.
