i am using pcsx2 ps2 but why its god d*mn lag when at play

My PC spec is like this

Processor : Intel ® Core™ i3 CPU M 380 @ 2,53.GHz 2,53.GHz
Installed memory (RAM) : 2,00GB (1,86 GB usable)
System type : 32-bit Operating System

Adapter Information
Chip Type : Intel® HD Graphics (Core i3)
DAC type : Internal
Adapter String : Intel ® HD Graphics
Bios Information: Intel Video BIOS

Total Available Graphics Memory : 762 MB
Dedicated Video Memory : 64 MB
System Video Memory : 0 MB
Shared System Memory : 698 MB

and i when playing the PCSX 2 its only eat 19% of CPU usage

please help me your help will be usefull

Any and all intel gpus are garbage.
Also,what game were you trying to play?

I think you are out of luck,intel igps are too slow.

it should be a way coz my pc not lag while open the pcsx only the pcsx lag

Maybe you could try software mode (f9 key)
But don't expect miracle because yes, that gpu is crap.
Keep playing on your ps2 until you can afford a better machine.

But yeah your GPU sucks, the end.
