Hi, I have a problem, when I turn on my pc to play games on a pcsx2 (eg budokai tenkaichi 3) the game will run at 60 fps, 230 see without framelimiting for one minute, then its decline 25fps , and it gets super slow, it makes me also on dolphin. Do you think it can come from what?
I have a sony vaio laptop, core i3 370m, ati 5470, the computer is plugged in and in performance mode when I get that bug.
Thank you !
(excuse me for my english)
your laptop is not great to run tenkaichi 3
thus this is a invalid bug report
Yes but how do you explain the fact that my pc has come to run it in max speed for 1 minute? (I have the same bug with bloody roar 3 and 4)
tenkaichi 3 is a megathrust-CPU demanding and took roughly 300% of your laptop's power thus your laptop is still weak to run tenkaichi 3.
if you running on batteries or your power plan is at power saver that even worst.

if you are not running batteries and your power plan in high performance and your game is still slow follow this

You may try running the game at native resolution which is found under the gsdx plugin menu wid average speed hacks....
Your laptop may also be the culprit about those slowdowns as i've seen games on dolphin emu (like u mentioned above) with your specs running at good playable speed.
Lastly you can try overclocking although at your own risk..
Hope this helps.
Ahm... I have read that OCing on laptops is catastrophic so... you know what I mean...
Your laptop's CPU probably overheated...

@PostalDude

My, my...

@archerko

the laptop overheats, Make sure you have it on a smooth, cool surface
you think a xeon quad core 1,8ghz can run it?
