Mine goes really slow even in Destiny Islands.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I'm using the latest build.

Speedhacks.

Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 from ISO.

Thats a weak cpu and very weak gpu you have.
Try setting gsdx internal res to native, but don't expect miracles.
Especially for kh2...

If KH2 gets slow you can increase a bit the game speed using a cheat and it will become (nearly) perfect.

What cheat?

These are the addresses responsible for the speed, increasing the value results into speedup, decreasing causes slowdown so it can make slow PCs to play the game at a nearly perfect speed or very fast PCs run the game with over 60fps without speedup so the graphics/speed feel will look smoother than in a normal PS2 hardware(very cool for video recording):
