hello im new here
i tried playing Suikoden III on my PC
in most scenes it slows down to 25FPS making it unplayable XD

my pc specs are
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.66 Ghz e6750
2.00 GB of Ram
1gb Nvdia GT240

is my computer slow? or my settings are bad?

what do the EE% & GS% say when you get those slowdowns ?

EE% = 98%-100%
GS% = 15%-30%

means your CPU is struggling
try using recommended speedhacks + set ee cycle rate to 1

that EE going to 100% means my CPU is struggling?

edit: how do i set ee cycle rate to 1?
