What are the best settings for this game performance-wise that won't constantly glitch/ break the experience? NTSC version btw.
System specs?
Specs in sig.
Try it first, then report back if you got problems...

Nice laptop by the way... Cool

Wow... good laptop, Sir. Running it on 2x-3x native resolution with FXAA shouldn't be a problem for you. Set all recommended speedhack on.
Thanks! I have been playing this game for almost a week now so I messed with settings, hacks, everything; I just wanted to know if there is anything that makes this game run faster (except for MTVU) without breaking it. The only time I really suffer with FPS is when it rains or I burn tires (burnout).
Don't forget to set your power plan to High Performance...
Already done that. Thanks though.

How much the FPS drops when this scene happens?
FPS drops to about 40-50.
