^ Have you tried software mode on those?

You tried with software mode(like Blyss said) and with not the speedhackers? and you already tried in the Vus modes more nearbie,completed,extra+ preserv sign?

Comments:
Game works fine at 50fps in Gsdx software mode with a few slowdowns whenever you free a ghost.
In Gdsx plugin Software Mode, setting Extra rendering threads to 5 for my CPU gave me a nice fps boost.

In Hardware Mode you can see through walls and make the game hard to play.
