Comments:
Perfectly fine in everything. I found a problem of fps dropping in big cities. Changed the audio settings to this
Interpolation: 1 - Linear (simple/okay sound)
Module: 1 - XAudio 2
Synchronizing Mode : Async Mix ( Breaks some games)
Then it works very fine.

Bugs:
Every carpet in the game would appear "broken" but it doesn't matter anyway.
Analog stick directional problem (Up&Left Simultaneously) - It becomes popular in many threads and i found no solution but i have mine for this game to be playable. I changed the directional control with D-pad because this game allows using 3 directional controls ( L-Analog Stick, R-Analog Stick, D-Pad) and then set it in game by going through SquareButton->Settings->Triangle+Directional button->Walk.

There is already a thread for this game, post your report there:
http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Suikoden-...7-U--28818
For your direction issue, you can fix it by setting a larger sensitivity to the analog sticks with Lilypad. I've currently set it at 1.381 and it works fine
A screenshot of the carpet bug would be nice, does it also occur when using a software renderer of GSdx? (F9)
