I try to play this game [PAL]. I have good frame rate about 35-60 fps, but I can see only top half of screen. Can I fix it?

you will never play the game if theres a bug, so i recommend to play another game, but your english is fine.

Well, OGL under Linux give another half to you. But it have transparency bug, so it's unplayable to.
