hi , im new here and i'm from portugal , so i'm sorry for my bad english.

My configuration is :

-> Nvidea 8600 GT
-> intel dual 2.4 GhZ
-> 4 GB Ram

Can i run games like fifa street 2 or F1 2006 ?

I tried to run fifa street 2 , very well on menu's , but when i started play football , fps low very very much , i tried milions of configurations , on youtube , etc etc , i could put im a little little bit better , but it still horrible.

My config is weak ? or is other problem ?

Yeah, your CPU is limiting the emulation. Get a better processor.

set the resolution in native
use directx10 render
set all the recommented speedhacks
set EE Cyclerate 2 and VU Cycle Stealing 1

Both your cpu and gpu are weak for full speed in fifa street.
You could try in native res in gsdx and use medium speed hacks.Don't go too high as it may slow down your game even more.
