Okay so im trying to get some good speed to run the game smoothly (45+fps), but so far i can only get 35fps which makes the unplayable. I tried overclocking my cpu using AMD Overdrive but it does not give any fps boosts, which totally sucks. I also noticed that the "EE" is always 100% when i play svr 11. The low fps problem only happens in this game because I can play DBZ BT3 and Naruto Ultimate Ninja 5 at full speed 50fps

Here is a screenshot in-game:

Here is a screenshot of my cpu overclocked:

so please help
PC Specs?

By the way, maxed out EE percentage means that your bottlenecked by your CPU.

4GB DDR3 RAM (3.46gb usable)
AMD A6 3620 Quadcore 2.20ghz overclocked to 3.20ghz(as shown above)
HD 6530D (APU)

So you mean overclocking wont help?

Here are my speedhacks:

your video card is a built-ined AMD-A6 exclusive therefore it's too weak for demanding pcsx2 games even you OCed it will rendered ineffective.

So if i upgrade my Vid card it will help?

unless your mobo have a PCI-E bus slot and put a dedicated video card in it will help.

Well i have 1 free PCI-E but my computer box is very small.... but what Gfx card is best for svr 2011?
Try presets 3/4/5. Try to manually change EE Cyclerate and VU Cycle stealing.

Tried the presets, only 35fps.... Changing EE Cyclerate does not seem to have any effect and VU Cycle stealing give 50fps but the game is slow
vu cycle stealing (among other speedhacks) will give you a false fps reading.
I think you'll have to keep playing on your PS2 until you can get a better GPU
