So what happens is when I play GTA: LCS the title screen plays really fast and I mean super fast. However when I get to the intro cutscene it lags alot so does the gameplay. What settings do I need to set it to to be able to play smoothly
My specs are
i5 processor 2.67 GHz
8gb of ram
windows 7 64 bit
Ati radeon HD 4600 series

Is it something in the settings that's making it lag so much? Can anyone help me?

Are you using native internal res ?
Because your gpu is quite weak...

I actually have another computer with these specs
Core i3 processor 3.3 Ghz
6gb of ram
Ati radeon 6800 series

How's that one?

Use DX10, 8 bit textures(very important), also UNCHECK fast DVD speedhack,all other on default. Runs great for me,constant 60 fps(ntsc,2x internal, 2500k,8800gts)
