I do what you tell the game speed up to 30% of ps2 speed but i can't play with 16fps :/
what's your rig's specs, and pcsx2 + plugins settings?
my spec is
single core AMD 64 about 4ghz (with overclock)
2gb ram ddr
2x Ge Force 7300GT
my operating system is win XP pro sp2 (with weight reduced~ it takes about 87 mb ram)

pcsx2pg-svn636

newest gsdx

i'll try all the settings i've in PCSX2
One more thing when i start to ride or walk i got an weird error:

*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
etc...
If you already tried every speedhack and every way to speed it up to no avail, then you're out of luck. You won't be running it any faster.

Altough your GPU is pretty weak.
in addition oversouling your AMD has a high potential to catch fire.
my cpu has a pentaram cooling Tongue

i have week gpu but i got 2x sli

and what is that error:

*PCSX2*: DMA error: 70000000
anyone else have black textures on the models when playing this game with gsdx?
