Impossible
250 MHz clock...Sad
Your whole PC is weak(especially the video)and on to of that you are using demanding OS which slow the emulation even more.
1gb is the bare minimum requirements for that os and pcsx2 uses minimum 200 - 250mb ram and that's on games that are not demanding at all

I got barely get 20-25fps n those games the last time I check
I have the same issues with the sound being slow and laggy... and same for graphics.

I have the following specs.
Acer Aspire AX1300
1TB Hard Drive
AMD Phenom X3 8550 triple-core processor
1GB 8200 Integrated NVIDIA GeForce Graphics
4GB DDR2 Ram
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Most games (For the PC) run perfectly fine on my PC, so I am unsure why this isn't working properly.

Any suggestions what could be wrong and/or what I can do to fix this.

The PCSX 2 emulator is requires strong hardware to run. Your system just is not up to snuff. You need a better CPU. AMD CPU's are weak and not really meant for gaming.
Yeah I know. But most of my PC games run perfectly fine. It is just games through the emulator that don't like to run that great.

I will try it on my Core i3 Laptop and see what results I get from that.

Thank you for your help.
Core I3 will be a lot better CPU. Also you saying it runs PC games well doesn't mean anything. I can see you runn all games 2006 and before just fine maybe 2008 but anything recent and current is pushing it.
Your problem is more your gpu than your cpu.
And please, next time, create your own thread instead of hijacking someone else's.
What is the point in creating a new thread when there is already a thread already open with the same issue?

It just seems like total thread count whoring to me opening a new thread for he same issues.
