EDIT: Nvm, figured out another way, it runs slow on software mode so I switched back, and now the problem is fixed so far, lol. Thanks.

Only F9.Press it when you play the game.

There are 3 reasons the graphics will flicker.
1. you are using an old version of pcsx2
2. you are using speedhacks
3. you have ticked loads of gamefixes without actually knowing what they are.
make sure all these are rectified and there shouldn't be any flickering

add outdated graphics to that
onboard graphics tend to do this too.

Well idk what happened, But after switching to software and back to hardware, it looks normal on hardware. *shrugs*
