i forgot my com properties,but i can run it at 120fps(turbo),but if press L2 show up the map,fps will drop until 10~fps,and make mouse oso lag,default setting using,oni tick the HW mode and skipdraw 1

i5-3550 3.3ghz,
Graphics Card=N210 1GB oni directx 9.0
ram=4gb(but i using win xp)
PCSX2=svn r5435
is default setting,oni tick HW hack and skipdraw 1
did you try disabling 8-bit textures ?
it seems that the map screen is very heavy and detailed so fps is dropping or u have some setting which is causing the drop. go back to default settings of the emulator while keeping your graphics plug in settings the same
