Full Version: Optimal settings for my computer

Hello!

First of all, I would like to say that I absolutely love this emulator and that it already works good for me right out of the gate. However, I would like to know what people would think the optimal settings for my computer would be so I can get the best performance and picture quality. Right now I'm playing Shadow Hearts and it looks great and plays well, but it crashes probably every 30 minutes.

Here are my specs:

i5 3570k, GeForce GTX 670, 8GB RAM, Windows 7 (nothing OC'd)
Using version 1.0.0 r5350
Using an Xbox controller, 1080p television display
ISOs: Shadow Hearts 1-3, FFX/XII, KH1/2, Shadow of the Colossus

I would think that with an i5-3570k and GTX 670, I could probably get better performance and picture quality if I knew the ins and outs of the emulator.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
My advice is to read the configuration guide. You'll find it as a sticky thread out there.
