Recently set up PCSX2 on my computer. Star Trek Encounters works perfectly.
Tried putting in Heatseeker. The menu and cinematics load fine, but when I get into the actual game, I get regular vertical bars and purple distortions in the centre of the screen.

Any help?
System:
Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
Core i3 @3.2GHz
8Gb 1600MHz Ram
Asus HD6670 GPU
Outputting to a 22" HDMI TV screen (in HD of course)

What are your GS settings? Any screenshots?

GS settings here.
I'll post a screenshot later, but like I said it's equally spaced vertical lines of discolouration, plus other random bits of graphical errors.

Try setting GSdx to a software renderer
