noob here. my current settings lag at times, using pcsx2 1.0.0

Intel Core i7-2670 QM, 2.2 Ghz (8 CPUs) boost at 3.20 ghz
8GB RAM
GEFORCE 610M 2gb
750 HDD
Direct X11
default ones.
Perhaps the mTVU hack Jesalvein would help for him/her? Smile
On top of that I would assume that laptop is running optimus graphics which means I would not be surprised if it was running the crappy intel IGP and not the nvidia gpu. Make sure your laptop is running is running in high performance mode as well instead of enegry saver when running PCSX2 as enegry saver tends to underclock the CPU. On top of that since that is a 610m try playing with native ticked.

No problem glad to be of help.
Hi Topken (I am haddockd from Dolphin forum Smile ) Anywho, when I use the defaults, Titus is backwards in battle. Just something I wanted to make them aware of. If memory serves (and I may be off here) you need to set EE Clamping to full to fix that.
