slow motion with this game on my laptop DragonBall_Z_Budokai_Tenkaichi_3_(Ntsc)_Ps2

the graphics is so much fine.
the slow motion starts during a battle.

i have a Notebooks - Samsung NP 300E4Z
with these specs:

intel core i5-2450m @ 2.50 Ghz
ge 520mx graphics card
4MB RAM
running on windows 8 64-bit
what do i dot with this
is my laptop capable of playing ps 2 games smoothly?

Your gpu is too weak to run any graphically demanding game like this one at full speed even at native res. You should be able to play many lighter games(mostly with 2D graphics) just fine through.
