can someone help me how to fix this games? are there is also an annoying sound, i check the compatibility list and on the wiki it is untested.

if your sound is stuttering, that's not really surprising.
get a decent PC, and it should be fine.
yours is really weak for pcsx2
The gpu leaves a lot to be desired too. Make eure you stick to native resolution
I don't think you'll get anything playable with this title. It's just really slow, even on my 4.2Ghz Intel i5.
